WordPress as a Audio Sermon Archive

This is a test to see how WordPress deals with embedded links to audio material. Here is the sermon I preached on March 24, 2013.

Now, WordPress says that this will show up with a little player… and it does.

Here’s ANOTHER player, which is a bit fancy, but requires me to upload the file TWICE: once to our own server, and once to Soundcloud.

I have to admit, the Soundcloud player looks MUCH snazzier (and not just because it uses my current Facebook picture). It just looks more complex, more interesting… and you get more information. For example, the second player gives you the title (or at least the first part of it), the length of the file, and even a couple of “share this” buttons.

I’d love to hear your opinions, dear readers: what do the 2 of you think?
